    Your project models, documents and records are part of your company’s value. The ecosystem combines Cloudflare infrastructure with access controls and recovery processes to protect that information throughout the project.

    What is Grakkad Tech?

    Grakkad’s application ecosystem connects BIM coordination and construction management: takeoffs, moodboards, procurement, personnel, progress, quality and client communication. Specialized applications link information by project and share data through their workflows.

    What is a common data environment, and how does it differ from eight separate tools?

    Grakkad relates records through a common project code and preserves the BIM identifiers of linked elements. Each application maintains its data; connections allow teams to consult information or generate records and notifications in supported workflows. For example, a Cantera delivery creates material records in Cúspide awaiting quality release.

    Does it replace Revit or my modeling software?

    You continue creating the model in your modeling software. Isometrica receives IFC files to coordinate disciplines, review information and connect it with site records. The integration does not modify your design tool’s native file.

    Which open standards do you use?

    IFC for models, BCF 2.1 and 3.0 for coordination issues, and IDS 1.0 for information requirements. Exchanges are validated against official buildingSMART schemas and test cases; compatibility with individual modeling tools is confirmed project by project.

    Do I have to subscribe to all eight applications together?

    Start with the tools your project needs. Esencial includes Vigía, Vitrina, Mosaico and Umbral; Profesional adds Isometrica, Portico and Cantera; Enterprise includes Cúspide, expandable limits and tailored terms. Request a demo to explore each plan’s workflows.

    Does every application need a separate username and password?

    The six site applications share one Grakkad account. Sign in once, move between applications and review or close open sessions from your account. A second authentication factor is supported.

    Vitrina has its own access because invited clients are outside the internal project team.

    How does facial attendance control work?

    Portico records check-ins using facial recognition with liveness detection, or geofenced QR codes. Supported offline attendance workflows synchronize when connectivity returns. For linked projects, check-ins inform daily staffing in Vigía.

    What is the quality digital twin on the BIM model?

    Cúspide’s quality view places inspections, non-conformities and progress on the BIM model using Isometrica’s viewer. Each non-conformity is linked to the model elements it concerns and allows a return to the model.

    Do you use artificial intelligence?

    AKKAD is the ecosystem’s AI assistant, available in the six site applications. It helps query data, documents and events from linked projects; in Isometrica it also uses model context. AKKAD supports analysis, while purchasing, approval and release remain the team’s responsibility.

    Do I need a BIM model to use the suite?

    Isometrica requires an IFC model for the digital twin. Management tools can be used without BIM, and Mosaico also supports calibrated PDF drawings. Model connections can be added when your project has the information available.

    What happens to my data? Are there backups?

    Each company sees its own information. Application databases are backed up daily and can be restored by company without changing other companies’ data. Credentials connecting applications never reach the browser.

    Can it work without an internet connection?

    Supported field workflows record data on the phone and synchronize when connectivity returns: Portico attendance, Cúspide field inspections, Cantera material receiving and Mosaico installation progress. Viewing models and other online functions still require connectivity.

    Where is Grakkad heading?

    Grakkad is evolving to give building information continuity, from design through operation. Ask our team which connections are available for your project.

    Can I try the suite before subscribing?

    Yes. Request a demo to explore the applications and review the workflows your project needs before subscribing. Our team coordinates the scope of the demonstration.

    Are the plan prices final?

    Yes. Esencial costs $200.000 ARS per month and Profesional $400.000 ARS per month. Advance-payment discounts are 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months and 20% for 12 months. The selector shows the monthly equivalent and the total for the period. Enterprise is quoted individually.

    Do connections approve purchases or quality checks automatically?

    No. Connections retain project context and support defined workflows, such as creating a draft procurement request or a material record pending release. People remain responsible for review, purchasing and approval.
